Australia Shipping

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 22:00 (GMT+10:00, Sydney), Monday–Saturday
  • Processing Time: 0–2 business days (Mon–Sat)
  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Mon–Sat)
  • Carriers: Australia Post, DHL, FedEx

✅ Free Shipping: All orders within Australia include free standard shipping — no hidden costs.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • Destinations: Available countries will appear at checkout.
  • Processing Time: 0–2 business days
  • Transit Time: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on destination
  • Carriers: DHL and FedEx

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your package from dispatch until delivery.

Delivery Issues

Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive on time, appears lost, or tracking shows no updates:

  • Contact us at support@outland-supply.com.
  • We’ll investigate with the courier.
  • If confirmed missing, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

If You’re Not at Home

  • Couriers may attempt delivery again, or leave your package at a secure collection point.
  • You will receive instructions to collect your parcel if this occurs.

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery without prior approval, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Changing Your Delivery Address

  • To change your delivery address, contact us at support@outland-supply.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before the daily cut-off time.
  • If your order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible.
