You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • Returned in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

⚠️ Excluded: Personalized, perishable, digital products, or other clearly marked non-returnable items.

How to Start a Return

  2. Approval & Instructions – We will confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package – Include all items, packaging, and any return form provided.
  4. Ship the Return – Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refund Timeline

  • We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You may request store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described:

  • Email support@outland-supply.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, photos, and a short description.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for unused, original-condition items.
  • To exchange, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping.
  • If the order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
