14-Day Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Returned in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

⚠️ Excluded: Personalized, perishable, digital products, or other clearly marked non-returnable items.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us – Email us at support@outland-supply.com within 14 days of delivery.
Approval & Instructions – We will confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions.
Prepare Your Package – Include all items, packaging, and any return form provided.
Ship the Return – Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refund Timeline

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You may request store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described:

Email support@outland-supply.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photos, and a short description.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for unused, original-condition items.
To exchange, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping.
If the order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
